INTRO
The new E.ON is an international energy company based in Germany, Essen, focused on smart grids and customer solutions to drive the energy transition in Europe. The name comes from the Greek word aeon which means age.
THE SITUATION
and private area of E.On platform. I teamed up with the Lead Designer Gianvito Semeraro (specialised in Service and UX Design)working in an Agile Enviroment together with Deloitte coders and Bip Managers.
MY ROLE
As a support to Eon Staff and Open Knowledge Lead Designer, i was working as ui and also ux on different requests and tasks.
I realized the declination of the funnel for the change of the accountholder / change of supplier and new account process for the online platform. Teamed up with one of eon ux-designer, we created the experience of how to pay in installments for those problematic customers and improved the accessibility to the process. We designed the new “Back to Office” campaign after summer vacations and declinated for all the devices.
A new filtering for the product listing page has been thougt and designed, to let users find easely what they are looking for, specially when there are a lot of products offered.
For the JovaBeachParty page i took care about the information architecture and the design of the page in terms of ux and ui.
