INTRO
The Hotpoint Electric Heating Company is an American and European brand of domestic appliances. Ownership of the brand is split between the American company Whirlpool, which has European rights, and Chinese company Haier, which has North American rights since its purchase of GE Appliances.
THE SITUATION
Hotpoint was looking for a ux/ui resource who could complete the project along with the rest of the team with an agile approach and enviroment. The website was almost at the end of project, it was missing a minor part of it.
MY ROLE
I jumped on the project while it was already running and it was almost at the end of it.
I mostly worked on the ui of the site, I developed the “My profile area“ and the service&support area. Together with the team, we faced some issues about the menus and the over-filled service&support. For the part that i took care, i started from creating wireframes.
By the way this was mostly ui work more then ux.
